Kevin S. Burger focuses his practice on General Liability, Auto and Trucking Law, Construction Defect Litigation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Personal injury and Insurance Fraud and Bad Faith Litigation. He has particular experience in handling and trying complex cases and insurance issues. He has maintained an active practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia throughout his career.

Kevin is a native of Pittsburgh, growing up, in Penn Hills. He maintained his Western Pennsylvania roots by graduating from Washington and Jefferson College in 1987 with a B.A. In Political Science and History. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law earning his J.D in 1990. Kevin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, the United States District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, The United States District Court, Norther District of West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to coming to Friday & Cox, Kevin practiced law as a partner in a large, statewide insurance defense firm. His understanding of the defense and insurance industries, including the tactics they use, is now being used to his client’s advantage.
